Next patient okay yeah I'm ready lauren goodinson powell alpha094750 lauren goodinson powell lauren goodinson powell hi is that lauren with wilson powell I'm doctor miller I'm 1 of the medical registrars here at stec can you hear me hello hello can you hear me sorry signal's bad here in the hospital I think you're here I don't know if I just missed you I came to call your name in the waiting room that's right if I can get through to you still here in the hospital to see you sorry I was just talking to you no no no no no hello no no no morning how are you I'm doing okay thanks good you doing okay yeah fine good just a bit I've got a numbness here okay yeah I've got all of so I hit my shoulder mhmm and my hip which was hurting but it's getting better I was bruised all down this side so I'm a little bit numb here where I I think I had a card god it's it's it's wouldn't be touching you here at all like a little bit but like you know like you've sat on your hand with the moon it's starting to come back it feels like that but it's just all affection feels tingly all over here yeah okay and if I tap on this part of your no I can feel that you can feel that does it make the symptoms worse at all when I tap you no I can come back to you no when this nerve runs no that would be totally so when I go like that that hurts that hurts but that just feels like numb okay fine can you bring your thumb towards your little finger yeah it works it works feels weak and all the way across that that movement here and can you bring your thumb back and lift your thumb up you've got yeah good because that hurts when you go up that hurts but can do it you're not weak fine so can you squeeze my finger there yep very good and then this side yeah fine and and you think this is because of trauma yeah must be that I've hit because I've hit so much of that side of my body but yeah it's just this bit here particularly yeah drains distribution certainly for for something related to your nerves I wonder whether it may be something direct that you did to your arm when you I mean what happened when you I don't remember yeah you don't remember it don't remember anything so I just know I had bruises like all down my legs mhmm I had like a carpet burn back can lift that eyebrow not that 1 so it was all this side yeah goodness fine I'm sure it will but given you've got power that's very reassuring I'll call my colleagues in neurology who are the experts in nursing see if they have any suggestion on what it could be and whether you should have a test of the nerves in the arm to make sure they're okay can give them a call in a second and see what they say your blood tests have come back and they're fine your liver markers are still raised but they're coming down the marker for inflammation in the muscles the ck which was high before when you were in hospital is coming down as well they're not normal yet but they are very much on the way down okay and they'll be normal within the next sort of few days do you have to do anything you don't have to do anything different yeah just carry on the liver scan was they booked some caution really and that's entirely fine as well yeah and it took some time to come back I don't know if the person doing it maybe was a trainee they need to get someone to look at the pictures or something like that right but the the scan to come back now and it's entirely fine I've bought the liver at all or anything like that that's it that sound good yeah great fine yeah so I'll just call neurology about this strange patch on your hand mhmm and and I'll come and let you know what they're saying okay and then but other than that it's really aiming to keep you in hospital for you is that alright yeah no that's hopefully I'll give them I know you've got 1 down here yeah sorry I'm getting up sorry no no it's fine I'll I'll give him a call and I'll ask him I'll come grab him when he comes perfect thank you thank you
