was it I was feeling sick all day as well mhmm but still been vomiting yeah after that I've been drinking water right and were you vomiting before that before you coughed no I was I just had I had I'm like oh I never throw up so I'm like I'll be fine and it will just turn up mhmm if I run if I run off it's because I just don't oh there's no need on that I'm not running needles that ran into the blood for that I just got confusing just put your shoes up ready to run I had a very bad experience with a drip when I was like 30 and had my appendix out don't like needles fair enough alright you're feeling more irritated you were at work what did you do for a living I work children mhmm mhmm fine like a nursing nurse or either school or nursery children 2 year olds yeah yeah some of them are a bit yeah could not do that no don't think it's younger so you were at work you felt a bit sick it cracked on yeah after the 2 year olds and then were you at work when you vomited or you no I finished at 6 went home and then I started feeling sick again yeah I eat something that will make you feel better if I'm yeah of course eating more but I couldn't I was like you bring yourself up yeah I felt like I'm you were salivating a lot and you can't even feel sleepy yeah yeah so I just laid on the sofa for a bit mhmm I slept for about an hour and a half and then I got up I went to go and put my bedding on and then all of sudden it just came up yeah good have you got any pictures do you have any pictures they asked me this are they biographies I would have pictures I just looked everything oh sometimes people bring me in tupperware you're lying that's disgusting that's true I mean yeah I know the next time I was I was just like no I can't stand these symptoms oh it's the worst symptom yeah it's the worst symptom okay and then this time you've got lots of blood have you ever had that before no no of alright and then you kept feeling nauseated and vomiting after that yeah did you pass out you fainted but you didn't and how many bowels have we change them 05:00 but they're back to normal now fine 1 sorry you had a 1 episode of lee stung yeah what color was it fine that's yeah was just changing I know yeah it wasn't it wasn't much though it was making that's not bad you look fine have you ever had jet black tarry stool that sticks to the bowel and can't flush it away no that's what digestive blood is oh is that what it is yeah it's it's often often that like but then you you came to hospital obviously because you vomited a lot you kept vomiting a bit more but now you haven't been vomiting for a while I take it not been sick since I arrived and I got here about half on I was now sick about yeah before I kinda got here so probably around just like yeah 1 and it was just water it was just because I've just been drinking mhmm you know it just pulls all the back out okay but I haven't been sick after that so any fevers or feeling shivering shaky no that's been really when you're you're vomiting often you get quite cold afterwards but have you been shivering the rest of the time or no yeah she's and she's cold but they said she was very bad going on am I alright for a minute anyone else still at home she's my son they're both yeah independent woman in melbourne yeah that's fine alright and do you drink or smoke yeah I don't smoke but you don't drink you're completely teetotal yeah I I think that she's like an older woman honestly though oh yeah I think all of us are aren't we she's not when you work 10 hours shift she go home and like just put her on the sofa go to sleep go to her she gives me she like a drink and give what she go on she gives apple orange I was like oh no don't need apple anymore haven't seen any mac in her own so and she's got a very healthy diet as well mom did say to tell you she said tell the doctor that she was taking a lot of ibuprofen for headaches she had so I don't know I don't know if that will help her today so I just thought I'd have a taking the ibuprofen but then I every cough mostly every day because I I struggle with my migraines but yeah she still has me on some tablets and whatever now and what you're on the sumatriptan no mhmm they're like I take it to mhmm is it sort of like all the time I don't know is that a brand name for pyramid no it's it's something that you get prescribed when you're did you bring any with you I can look it up with your gp reference yeah I take 1 of those at night that's fine and that mainly stops my headaches it's actually struggling so stop the ibuprofen yes so I haven't really touched been how long been on this for 3 months so yeah oh I've had so a fair while yeah okay and I how about steroids I'm not talking about any kind of steroids because if you are having like steroids you might have chest infections and things like that is that casual weight and maybe you haven't been losing weight on intention not intentionally but I do seem to like yes very she's had a lot of stress going on I will say that mhmm she's had she's bought her first home and she's had she's had a little bit of a rat problem and then turned out the neighbor was feeding them so she's had quite a lot of stress going on rats on a set feel so sorry for her at all it's about but she has been quite stressed about that situation I know stress affects your health so yeah pushed on it but yeah what have they done they put you on some fluid have they started they gave me some ibuprofen they've you you're not allowed to eat haven't they yeah they tried to take my bloods but they can't is it something like an ultrasound mhmm okay and then okay and then what have they told you about anything else we might wanna do in hospital drug sorts of things thing of just veins very real yeah very real we've so you've had some blood tests they don't show that your blood counts have dropped significantly and they don't show any signs of you digesting blood which are all good things but it sounds like all the blood that came up as opposed to going down because you haven't got the jet lag stool sometimes you go see that blood the fact that you nearly fainted and the fact that your heart rate was quite fast when you came into hospital will put you at a slightly higher risk of bleeding I don't think it's a significant risk here + you've had a single episode and not had any blood since despite lots of vomiting I think it's unlikely that you're continuing to bleed however there is something we should do which is a camera test to look my team me or my bosses do those so we use a long flexible camera it's about the size of my finger lie down in the endoscopy department quite sleepy this is what they want to bloody do to me and I'm really scared about it it's lush it takes time is it is it down the throat or we we for this test it would be we'd have look down your throat because you're bleeding from the top end so we'd spray the back of your throat to numb that lie down give you some medicine to be able to see whether you need it so we'll come and have a look inside the benefit of that is that we can diagnose the cause of bleeding we can also treat it so if you've got an ulcer there because of your ibuprofen use or something like that we can put a bit of hulk bandit or burn it away and treat it for you to stop it bleeding again okay and then have a drip of the gas that's my brain gets really fucking nervous a drip of some milk twice a day to try and settle down any inflammation in your stomach that might not sound okay in an ideal world we'd get that camera test done I think the best time for that is going be tomorrow the evidence shows that the more time we wait after you've bled better the outcome is okay so aiming for about 24 hours + is gonna be optimal so I think we can let you eat gently yeah to then from midnight tonight to suggest not having anything correct I think you should stay in to have the covid test okay is that okay no no that's fine sorry I'm just trying to my mom's in york so I'm just trying to write it yeah the reason I say is so we could swing it to try and get the pain given your heart rate's gone down and your blood pressure's stabilized which is good however there's the chance of being again I think you'd be better here especially as you look on your own yeah exactly the right place here exactly yeah and then did you buy yourself a last night's last yeah that sound alright yeah yeah that's fine so I'll go and do all of those things for you we you've had some blood tests today which we've had think we need
