A quick note for joseph harbron h a r b r o n 541048 discussions with nurse regarding aspirin and with patient patient states that many years ago took aspirin tablets for a headache and subsequently developed tight throat and breathing difficulty he did not have to attend hospital after this time and symptoms resolved by themselves he's subsequently been labeled as having an allergy to aspirin on salexylates however on his previous admissions once with end myocardial infarction and subsequently with a coronary artery bypass graft he's received aspirin both times and not had a reaction by the time to them and therefore he feels that it would be reasonable to try some aspirin today with the understanding that there's a the chance of provoking an allergic reaction however given his previous nonreaction to aspirin it seems unlikely therefore I prescribe re prescribed his aspirin and would be grateful if you could give it to him to manage him for acs
