I'm 1 the gastroenterologists okay the doctors are in department of pain how are you fine yeah I still have diarrhea so really still yeah I'm sorry how many times a day are you going oh gosh you got sharp lately that's just from last night that's just from last night yeah I've been at it since friday mhmm mhmm and it's been just type 7 all the time mhmm just watery still just watery this before never never has she had any back sleep yeah and anyone else still no no nobody I'm warm I hope you're fine yeah it's been really weird mhmm I'd choose to say last passing the pharmacy no think I mean have you ever passed any blood no the surgical team has asked me to come and see you for gastroenterology specialist to see if there's anything yeah that we can add to try to they've already run every test going in advance yeah it's been amazing the number 2 has really been high lovely yeah I kinda look through all of your tests I can see yeah you've had a couple of scans ct scan and an ultrasound scan which hasn't revealed any accuracy so scan and yeah and did blood tests yeah the x rays actually took a chest over to my tummy when I finished it and then got it so much pain don't know tell me about the pain did you still got the pain not as bad as what it was I was on morphine and everything and I was still feeling like I was being stabbed felt like there was someone in my head of boxing match last winter mostly all on there in the lower side of the camera lower on the right yeah mhmm and then how long it was coming out just when I move mhmm oh I was screaming all the time mhmm when you first had it when you were bent over weren't you yeah like in a fetal position I've never had gastric like this before yeah it's this is a very severe isn't it yeah gastroenteritis so yeah yeah that's what I was gonna ask about a bit about that so been on it for 8 weeks I've never had any the dose has gone off okay but I don't know and is it prescribed or are buying it on the internet mean it's a lot expensive isn't it no I mean the price has gone up actually I don't know the doctor that came in early he said it's he doesn't think it like the way that my stools look because you could tell they were in pregnancy any source of infection yeah but we should test it again to make sure right and certainly the thing we worry about with the lounjaro is inflammation in the pancreas I know you've had pancreatitis before was that years ago and what was that related to the uti which led to a kidney infection which led to had some antibiotics for the kidney infection yeah yeah because you were in hospital and been tracking for it all yeah that could cause pancreatitis and you can get her attached to them being ill for other reasons okay because it's a recovery and stuff like that journey yeah of course a lot of ways chest opinions it I know yeah it's so much traffic absolutely hello you're right go on tell her don't know what's right there to do it I mean if I could go to evening hopefully it's less bullets that she's gone of course yeah nightmare have there been any problems in the past I've had I've metrix she's bit weird herself now god yeah because normally my I don't need to be a home related it's not that is it we didn't see any endometriosis on we tried to draw an ultrasound scan oh wow but there's no side of it yeah and I certainly wouldn't expect it to cause such acute severe pain oh a lot of people get pain with endometriosis probably long term knee pain that can become more severe but we're usually but it will become a kind of a different direction yeah I'm not gonna to research stuff okay does and what have you off it in today because it tends to get you yeah imagining all sorts of things it all starts on monday started with vomiting and then progressed to diarrhea yeah and over that time you can then you wrote these vows what what you tell me was yesterday that's just from last night until this morning so in may have you been traveling anywhere else recently no no you've never run off work do you work on it you're in general do you do for a living I work for sport yeah because you work all the time but this was a break any and any changes in food you eat do you eat any dodgy is that what we bet yeah when she's eating she's like because you're my gowards she won't eat I look at you is that alright look at your hands look at your tummy is that okay yeah did you smoke no it's so small it's just last week yeah so trying to get a cannula in yeah and you end up you're a bit dehydrated kidney I still understand that when your kidneys are like they have a tiny they don't have a baseline form of kidneys they're like normal in the rest of the type of kidneys where and a little bit about that fluid in kidneys yeah and you've seen that many different doctors yeah of course no it's fine yeah yeah I've been doing that for a while yeah potassium normal so don't think there's anything that may be of an increased bladder things to though most likely is gastroenteritis I don't think we've talked about yet but sometimes we don't which is and not essentially it's important to care is that it's usually the best has been going on for a while lately yeah there may be a role to sorry I forgot to sneeze we'll to start some antibiotics to try and decrease the length of it if we're saying it is oh that's fine but it'll be great to get a sample and to make sure we stop so I'll ask to send a cup form if you need to produce any and you can if you you don't have to make a sample no no only if you do then you have a sample of it that's okay mhmm in terms of few tests looking after you think the surgeon's happy that it's not a surgical cause for your problems mhmm and it certainly may well be that we're the best ones to look after you so from a medical perspective we can do operations but we manage the same part of time I'll check with my boss and look through it all in that chaplet but I do have more tests that I suggest I'll suggest doing his tests so I they've they've got my decision to send you home the surgeons have asked me to come and see me and give him some advice I don't think we've detected anything for me with on terms of our scans or anything very worrying which is good yeah and your scan did show a lymph node in the tummy did they explain that to you no 1 lymph node on the ct scan was found in the upper right upper right of the tummy okay probably that's related to gastroenteritis yeah because you'll get an infection the lymph body's fighting an infection but it is relatively larger than 11 millimeters just so you know the stool tests haven't detected an infection yet but the stool tests are imperfect unfortunately because of the nature of poo and the bacteria in poo even more we have in our guts that we don't test for everyone's got e coli in their gut for example we test for a certain type of e coli but all types of e coli can cause gastrin particularly severe but if we don't present it so in the stomach there's a left sided exactly the real vision oh so it's just like swelling in your neck that you might get when you've got a sore throat yeah bed in your tummy so it's just a sign of infection exactly likely yeah yeah so same as but noticed any lumps and lumps in your neck or your a child every day when I couldn't see anything therapist and I'm fully cancer trained we know all that I always know to check lymph nodes if it's swollen lymph nodes I always know if my lymphs are swollen mhmm mhmm yeah so obviously I don't know if there's 1 in my freaking shop yeah of course not it may be sensible that when you're back home you have another scan an ultrasound scan not another ct scan to make sure that lymph node goes away ct did not agree with me yeah they just said within about 10 seconds I then just throw up all of the imaging it's not mine isn't it you've got a bit worried they thought you were down to her own you were saying so is that a 1 yeah haven't got a cyst or anything like that there may have been a small rupture in a cyst I guess it's possible I don't think it's likely to cause and vomiting and diarrhea alongside them yeah is entirely normal all women have a ton yeah how your cycle works yeah end up secreting it suspect that it can take 10 days to get better nice to find a bug so I'll suggest some tests to find out that accommodation runs out in the vtext then yeah of course so it's wednesday today yeah wednesday today I mean I think like I said I don't think we found anything that we really need to intervene with there's nothing from talking to you that I think we need to do from a gastroenterological perspective but I'm not the person who needs to be in hospital no no surgeons are so I'll chat with them and let them know what I think yeah but I don't know my feeling is that given we've not found anything they got what they wanted to do this morning yeah yeah that's true exactly right yeah so yeah so you could try something like leperamide the trouble is in infective diary like imodium yeah in infective diarrhea we know that over the long term using imodium does increase the risk of the infection staying inside and causing problems as they go on yeah but for a dry it's probably reasonable to get some but it can't offer every service on the way okay get to the surgeon and find out what they're thinking and then I'll suggest my treatment test by everyone to give you a look at that be out early on friday of course or it can't be more difficult no no no you're like you're lovely singer would be alright I'll let
